Tumbling Program

The sport of cheerleading often incorporates many gymnastics and tumbling skills. At Flyaway Gymnastics Academy we are committed to helping these athletes achieve success in a positive atmosphere. Students are placed in class according skill level. Contact the academy to inquire about the proper class placement for your child.

Tumbling Class $107/8 week session

Beginner through advanced, the tumbling classes at FGA are an hour long and focus only on exercises on the floor, and tumble trak. Classes are designed to assist with the mastery of skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings. Group discounts are available for cheerleading squads.

Open Tumbling:

Join us for open tumbling every Saturday from 9-11am!! Cost is $10.

Private and Semi-Private Tumbling Lessons:

Inquire at the front desk or call for information regarding individual tumbling sessions. Hour-long as well as half-hour sessions are available. Prices vary according to instructor.

Tumbling classes can be coordinated for public groups of all ages and ability levels. Contact Flyway Gymnastics for information regarding specialized clinics.

Rental space for school, pop warner and other organizations requiring mat space is available. Our facilities offer a 54’ x 42’ spring floor along with a 30' tumble trak which is ideal for proper tumbling instruction. Floor space is offered at a rate of $7.00/child for a 2 hour practice. Longer practice times are available; call for scheduling and pricing.

GROUP TUMBLING RATE: Cheerleading teams who use FLYAWAY as as their primary rental space are offered a Special FLYAWAY GROUP RATE!
